Through multiple renovation projects implemented over the past 30 years, Seay, Seay and Litchfield has consistently been available to provide continued renovation and addition work to the Montgomery County Youth Facility. Renovation efforts have included re-roofing of the entire facility, reorganization of the bed cells, the addition of a medical wing, classrooms, and more.
