The flagship chapter of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity - the chapter reached out to SS&L for architectural services in 2016 with the goal of expanding and renovating the existing facility. Features include an elevator, renovated courtyard space, updated HVAC and lighting systems, renovated second floor plan to better accommodate the in-house residents, as well as a covered dining patio that spans off the existing dining room.
